stupid totalled civic

dumb shit cant take a 45mph hit! bruised me up too!
getting off the 91E freeway, exiting bloomfield, when this 2000 Silver Xterra, ran a red light, and hit me, as I was comming out. Drivers front tire has the most impact, i spun around in a 360. got out starting thankin tha biatch fo wreckin mah 98 Civic DX Coupe.

I'd say good thing it wasn't hit 2 feet further back! I wouldn't criticise the cars crash performance too badly - it did its job. They are designed to crumple and absorb impact energies.

How did the Xtera do?

I think you should be THANKFUL that the car took all the impact!!!! YOU ARE ALIVE!!!!! The car is plastic, metal and rubber, it can all be replaced!!!

I know you are pissed, but take a step back and be happy that you are OK!!!!

Agreed! Thank your lucky stars that he didn't hit you square in the drivers door. Getting T-Boned at 45 MPH could have been a real mess. Glad to hear your ok.

thx. yea i guess im glad. im just madd cuz it's tottaled, cannot be fixed. the xterra had half the damage.

It's better the car was totaled rather than you. Being blindsided 2 ft further back at 45 mph does not paint a pretty picture in a Civic. (Just thank God she wasn't driving a Denali)
