ok, so i'm driving back to charlotte yesterday, after watching a very dissapointing Panthers game. as i'm on a narrow two lane road, i pass a couple cars, and one of them looses a hub cap, and of course, it is spinning right towards me. well i couldn't really swerve left or right, cause there was no room due to cars to my left and a ditch on the right, so i have no choice but to hit it. i pull over to inspect the damage. luckily, there is no major structural damage, however, it did take off a good bit of paint right below where my fog light is. so my question is now, what can i do to try and repair that so the paint does not continue to crack and peel off and make an even bigger mess. right now, you can barely notice it, because it is so low, but i'm sure it will only get worse. is there any recommended touch up paint i can get? thanks in advance for any comments.

humm... clear fingernail polish around the edges of the cracked paint? Whatever your remedy, it sucks to hear about that. I would have made that dude stop and made him pay for it though.

i dont think that the guy realized his hub cap flew off, or he just didnt care about it cause he just kept driving.
