Ok...so i'm at my friends house party just minding my business and drinkin my beer...when I look over at my car and these 3 DUMBASS highschoolers are all up on my car like they own it...I knew them but obviously had to get them off my hood before it got scratched up....TOO LATE!!!!! The left side of my hood and the left fender have button scratches ALL OVER!!!:angry: I told the kid who sat on it to pay for it...obviously he offered to pay (or else )...i'm just wondering if you guys could give me a guess on how much it would cost to take scratches out of the hood and fender. No pics yet, but I need to know what exactly will have to be done to fix this. No deep dents or anything, just some painting will have to be done. PLEASE HELP A FELLOW CLer! :'(

people tend to make scratches sound worse then they are. need hard evidence

 

If they aren't that deep you might want to try a scratch removing compound. I bought some Meguiars Scratch X from Walmart and used it on my girlfriends white Honda accord. We were able to remove some pretty substantial scratches with it. After using it there was no evidence that there was ever a scratch there or that something had been used in that area to polish remove the scratch.

I was really impressed... I don't even know how it works... but it just works

my friends cousin had that happen to his BMW... He came out one faternoon to a kid sitting on his hood.. he was like wtf... ask the kid if it was a park bench... kid ignored him and he pulled him off by his foot... dragged him down the block, and beat his ass (literally whooping his ass) and told him to try and sit anywhere again!
