"Lexus IS300 SportCross
Traditionally, five-door hatchbacks haven't sold well in the United States--though Europeans seem to love them. So it was a bit of surprise to see this five-door hatch version of Lexus' sport sedan. But then, the IS is supposed to be anything but a traditional Lexus. Despite the fact that the IS isn't exactly supposed to be a practical car, the main benefit of the SportCross version is practicality. Specifically, the SportCross version, which looks a bit like a sporty station wagon, has more than double the cargo room of the sedan version. Lexus also made good on its promise to provide a manual-transmission option for the IS sport sedan. A five-speed manual will be available in both sedan and SportCross versions and comes with slightly firmer, sportier suspension settings than the automatic model."

I had read that they were going to offer a manual on the new models... that's cool for them that Lexus stuck by that. I still think IS owners are asses though
