Street Racing Laws in GTA?
i was wondering if anyone knew the street racing laws were for the greater toronto area? i was reading another post on the general forum and the laws in CA are strict as hell. so what is the max they can do if i jump against some punk at a red light just goin to like 100kph or so in a 60 zone?
