Arrow Strange Random Vibrations

Ever since I had new tires put on my car I have had balance problems (awsome price, bad people installing them) but I took it to a different place to have them look at the balancing and was told I have a bent rim (So if anyone has a 03 CL-S rim in good shape PM me) and they moved it to the back. But now I get a completely random vibration through the steering wheel once in a while. I wouldn't think a bent rear rim would be translated through the steering wheel. Some times the car is perfectly smooth and other times the steering wheel shakes like crazy. It doesn't make sence. If there was a balance/alignement/bent rim problem shouldn't there always be the vibration. I tried to see if it was the road I was driving on, but coming home from work its the same route...same lanes...and the vibration comes and goes randomly.

Any thoughts before I take it to the dealer?

Thanks

not when breaking right. did you make sure all the lugnuts are on to spec and that the rim is on the studs correctly(nut cocked a little)?

Any additional road noise when this is happening? I think I am having a similar issue, but it started after installing cross drilled rotoras with Axxis Ultimate pads. The vibration is mainly noticable at highway speeds 60mph+ and there is also additional road noise, kinda like an offroad tire would sound. I checke dmy pads a few days after the vibration and noise started and found a section of my inner left front brake pad looked like it was burnt. Don't know the cause yet. I cleaned the pad and rotor and put everything back together again but the vibration returned. Took apart the front left brakes again and the same burnt problem with the inner pad. Don't know why this is happening, but you guys might want to check your front pads if you have done any brake mods lately, just in case it's related. Do you know if our cares have front wheel bearings that need repacking every so often? THis could be another cause of the vibration if the bearings are worn or need to be repacked. I took a picture of ther brake pad.
