Straight pipe for my CL?

ok so i got offered a magnaflow straight pipe that was on a 2004 Honda Accord, the piping is 2.5 inches. Will it fit in my 2003 Cl Type-S? I heard straight pipe makes you lose torque? any help would be appreciated....

Straight pipes -- no back pressure, lost low-end torque.

It might sound too raspy, too, with the cat, resonator and the mufflers gone.

I wouldn't do it on my car, but hey, it's your money, your car. Try it and let us know.
