Stone Header Installation on 6-speed

Just want to say got the Stone Headers installed on my 6 -speed. Everything seem to fit and the guy who installed it for me didn't say he had any problems or what so ever. Just wanted to let you guys know the newer batch of the Stone Headers fit the 6 speed now. I know for a while for us 6 speeders, comptech was the only company who made headers for us. Now Stone seems to be another way to go.

Btw I was expecting after installing the headers, my car would be louder and have a more high pitch raspy sound during v-tec. My car did get a little louder but the average person wouldnt be able to tell I have headers. Is this normal? Or do i have to break in the headers for a couple days or weeks? So far i only had it installed for 12 hours.

Give it a couple days. Mine was noticeable right away, but better after about 2 days. One of the best mod. There should be a little more of a growl, but not like what you get from the exhaust.

Enjoy.

i bought these off nex here in the forum for 430 shipped which reminds me i owe him a extra 30 bucks for shipping but yea. yes it is the newest batch and is meant for the 6 speed(has the slight bend on the rear flange) and the quality seems to be pretty good but i guess to know how good the quality really is time will only tell.
