Stock cls at track

I ran this time recently in Orlando, FL. It was about 65-70 degrees outside. I had a stock setup, even stock tires. All I did to drop my time was take off the exhaust from the cat back. I had to power break at only 1200rpm due too loss of traction. This track is actually know to get really poor 1/4 mile times. I am also on my third tranny. When this tranny was replaced the guys at Acura said that they had to reprogram the ecu to be less agressive. Those guys can kiss my ass.

WOW! They really did take the bite out of your tranny . . . the old 4 banger Pintos and Vegas would beat that time.

Hurdlemaker,

Great run from stock CLS. You 60' time is amazing. This is why you run 14.723s in 1/4 mile. Just for a reference, my best 60' is 2.25s.

With mods, your STRONG CLS will run 14.2s

BTW, guys here are messing with you, they all know that Trap speed at 94.96 MPH does equate to 24s run

Thanks Nashua. Bye the way do you have an auto and what are your track times. I was gate shifting at 7300 rpm. I also put up my tire pressure to about 32 or so.
