Still discovering new things in my CL...

I was sitting in my back seat the other day, just testing it out, when suddenly I leaned on the front seat center arm rest and it slid forward. At first I thought I broke something, then it hit me that it was adjustable. It never ceases to amaze me how many neat little things are incorporated into the CL.

------------------
2001 CL-P, new project undergoing complete reconstruction. As of now: Custom CAI fabricated by SRD, Polarg M6 bulbs, 4 ProHopper Chrome hydraulic pumps with whammy tanks, 4 ProHopper dumps, 4 Optima marine deep-cycle batteries, 4 switches. Much much more to come...

1997 Accord coupe EX-L. Chrome suspension, Chrome motor, every bolt-on imaginable. One pump, 8 dump hydraulics with accumulators. Leather, Billet grills, 18" Neeper Shadows...etc..etc [URL=http://www.artofnoize.com/Cars/aaron.htm

1990 Toyota standard cab. Bodydropped 3". 17" KMC Nemesis', extensive suspension work. 4 wheel airbags.

here are some more discoveries just so i ruin the fun for you.
well i wont ruin all the fun for you..here is a few:

-leave the xenon lights on and go outside, lock the door, the lights will go off in 10 seconds by themself

- you can go a LONG time with the LOW FUEL light on, longer than you THINK!

-also, try putting the car in D5..you will be very surprised to see what happens (SORRY COULDNT RESIST)

I'm stuck in NYC on business...so I can't give this a try until I fly home next week. You have to fill me in on what happens! You've gotten me curious now.

What about putting your cell phone in the upper compartment in the center console and getting the charging cord passed by the right side notch from the lower compartment and this is way your cell phone could be charged all the time and tucked away and accessible in just one click!

For everyone that doesn't know the joke....

Someone posted a few weeks ago that he was shocked that when the car is put into D5 and he lets his foot off of the brake that the car moves all by itself

He has gone on to make other startling realizations...

Fire is Hot...
Ice is cold...
Water is Wet.....
Rocks Are Heavy.....
Sky is Blue....

LOL sorry folks but I have been in withdrawl ... 2+ months w/o a single good flame LOL

I like the way you turn the wheel to the right, it goes right and lo and behold, you turn the wheel to the left, it goes left. However, when I pull back on the wheel, I can't get the nose high enough for V1!

There are only a few dealers who put the “secret number” stickers there.

Thankfully, my dealer did NOT.
I keep them safely away from the car at home.

The radio code and navi code are located in spots that when you bought the car, the dealer didn't tell you about them. Instead, they just tell you to keep the card with that information handy. I guess they try to hide them but don't you think the people who steal cars would know about those places?...so what's the deal with anti-theft radio and navi?

Don't hit the OK button for the "I wont crash into a wall while I'm getting a ..."

Just wait or press the clock display and it will pop to the center. If you press the display in the center, it will return to the bottom.
