stevens creek acura
has anyone been there latley? cause i used to go there and thier service sucked ass, so i have been going to los gatos. but i heard that the service manager and the service consultants changed. so i am thinking about trying them again. seems as though latley los gatos wants to blame everything on wear and tear, and doesnt even want see if my tranny is going unless its ready to die out within a mile. I mean the only way they will even look at it is if its in pieces. Maybe its was just my service ass%4, but i dont like they do bussiness no more.
also for those who go to stevens creek, can you recommened a service guy?
and finally what kind of loaners do they give, cause i have been wanting to drive a tsx or even any acura, instead of the enterprise garbage they give out at los gatos acura.

Stevens Creek Acura is bull shit the service reps dont know what there talking about they just shoot the shit and explain the obvious, I for one will never visit Stevens Creek Acura ever again

I only been there once, I think the service is OK but the car loaners difinitely sucked. They offered me a corolla. Wow! That could save me couple bucks or more on gas.

Acura of Pleasanton is good. Sevice Manager: Brent Ward. Loaners depends on how much your service will be, the more you pay up the likely of a loaner, otherwise Enterprise is what they all seem to use these days in Northern California. I know its a far shot, but they have decent mechanics and knowledgable service rep's. My guy's name is Ken Buller, you may also mention my name James Landry.
