Steering wheel shaking

Today my steering started shaking pretty violently when on the highway doing 60mph at any other speed it there is no shaking in the wheel , do you guys think its a bent rim or an alignmnet issue? Just want to avoid getting an alignment for no reason and I have a set of 18s I can use if it is a bent rim. Also I didnt curb check anything. But I was doing donuts in the parking lot across the street from me and having fun last night while it was snowing Thanks for any help

There could be some snow packed inside one or more wheels causing the vibration you are feeling. I had this happen to me once last winter. You might want to check and see if this is the case.

Typicaly if it is only at one speed it is a balance problem, that could be caused by snow as noted above.

99% its snow, i had the same problem. I freaked out, it was bouncing like crazzy, i wanted to call acura roardside assistance. then I saw some ice on one of my wheel, it was not much ice but enough to make it out of balance. took it off and it was fine
