Steering wheel noise

My car is only a month old and when it's cold outside, or whenever I start it up and back up and move the wheet there is a noise comming from steering component. It's like this, I move the wheel and then ist's like a lag for.25 sec does a kind of bzzzzzzzzzz noise like it's finishing to turn some wheel or something. Is this normal...hey maybe my steering fluid is gone, better check this tomorrow ?

I had that happen to my previous car (1998 Chrysler Serbring LXI) it didn't cause any problems but it feels like something is loose or not right, especially since this is a brand new car ????

I thing it has something to do with temperature, I just went for a drive (5th time today angine was warm and everything was ok. I will check the power steering fluid tomorrow. Maybe as it gets warmer is expands so everything seems ok. We'll see
