MY CL-S does not have Acura Logo in the middle of the steering wheel..Any idea where can I get it from...

 

Might not be a great idea to put one there since there is an explosive device in the steering wheel (airbag).

 

You can't buy the black/silver emblem. It's part of the airbag.


Wait, let me rephrase that. If you're willing to spend $500 for a new airbag, you can get one.

Yes it comes stock on the 03's. And as stated before it is part of the airbag. Some memebers have found a sticker and placed that on the steering wheel.

Yes it's just an emblem, but Acura does not sell it separate from the airbag.

 

I guess I'll have ti find a sticker or a thin emblem which I can apply without pressure ..Don't wanna pop the AB...

 

Um you can beat on the airbag with a hammer if you want. It doesn't inflate based on force to the bag.

AMEN! Some people just don't get it! Fork over several $$$ for an emblem, or have an "A" forcefully embedded between your eyes at 200 miles per hour??? Reminds me of people who put dashboard covers on their car ... when the passenger side has an airbag.

 

i've seen dumbfucks put mini figurines on their dash. i'd like to see that shit shoot out an eye at 200 mph ahhhaa. those silly bastards. THE DASHBOARD IS NOT A BOOKSHELF!

I'm thinking of covering it with some duck tape for the original look.

why does everyone think that when the airbag deploys the emblem will launch across and hit your face???

i believe the emblem on the newer airbags are not just "glued on" i believe it is fabricated into the airbag cover.

and im pretty sure the airbag cover is not going to launch at your face when it deploys too...

The airbag break point is below the emblem so if the emblem shoots anywhere it will shoot upwards! and that is even doubtful!

 

I guess then a thin film will do or is that dangerous too..
