SS brakelines

Will Comptech brakelines for 00-01 CLS fit a 03 CLS?

Do these realy help all that much? I was thinking about getting them but wasn't too sure what purpose they serve.

gives better "feel" if feel means performs better then I guess it helps.

They will improve brake feel .The pedal will lose most of the "mush" that is engineered in from the factory which increases the driver's confidence immensely .
