Squirrels ate my CL

Moth balls keep rats and squirrels away...
You can always leave an open container -- or a container with a screen for a top, in a garage or near the front of the car with MOTH BALLS.
Needless to say, you don't want to be breathing the shit -- so, for the olfactory impaired, don't put them inside your car.
Also, while rats have eaten their fair share of wire harnesses and other electrical cabling, a squirrel is a remote possibility.
In case you think the "moth balls" is bunk, check out the following:

What attracts squirrels to a residence?
* birdseed
* water
* pet food
* shelter
* bulbs
* flowers
* deciduous trees
* plant seeds
* berries
* fruits
* Acura wiring (just kidding)
What deters squirrels from a residence?
* rags soaked in ammonia
* socks filled with mothballs
* cayenne pepper squirrel repellent
