Squeak and Rattle removal shop?

With the cold and all, every friggin sqeak and rattle has surfaced. Sounds soo cheap to drive the car, so i just turn the radio up and try to ignore them. I was wondering, Is there a shop or service that would go about intalling sound deadening insulation or work at getting the car as silent as possible? I would pay close to a grand to have my car completely sqeak and rattle free. I'm even thinking of taking out all the seats and some of the dash to install some sound insulation. I just don't know the techniques and shit. any feedback on this?

Its not hard to do yourself, it would just require removing a few interior panels. I'm sure you could do it in your garage with all the right tools.

Its been done before, there was a thread about it recently. It may not get rid of ALL the squeaks though.

the thread where its discussed a little. supposed to have good results though.

Please note: squeaks and rattles fixed in warmer weather will probably lead to new squeaks and rattles in colder weather and vise a versa. At least, that's been my experience. Just when I think I fixed the last noise, a new one surfaces some where else when there's a change in weather.

I guess I an getting very old- my CLp doesn't rattle or squeak; temp this am was 15 degrees, cold for NC. Mileage is still pretty low though- 47K. Smooth ride to work on heated seats!

Let me see- you put on stiff springs, stiff shocks, 18" rims, heavy sway bars, a CAI, straight exhausts, then mount a 3 million megawatt sub-woofer attached to the frame, and the car develops rattles. Humm.......

With rattles and squeaks, you have to track em down one at a time. The interior ones can be the toughest. Seriously, Good luck.

My car rattled before I lowered it. CL/TLs are notorious for their rattles, well that and the trannies.
