SPRINGS Comptech's VS Eibach's

Would like to lower car but don't want to spend the money for new wheels... Which are better springs.. Which are going to give you a ride more like the factory springs...

Also does anybody know what you can a can't do to your car and stay within your factory warranty..

I rode in one with Comptech springs and the ride didn't really feel different from stock while cruising, but the brake dive and rear squat during acceleration was gone. I think you can't go wrong with either Comptech or Eibach from the opinions on this board, it's just a matter of preference. Although I've been told that the Comptechs seem to be a better fit on the CL than the Pro-Kit is, they fit better in the pocket or some crap like that, both allow the car to be aligned within factory specs, with the Eibachs being on the extreme limits of the factory specs. Other than that, I guess you just go with the look you prefer, Comptech's raked look or the level Eibach's. I'm still debating about which springs to use since the Comptechs are supposed to be a better fit, but I like the way the Eibach's look, the Comptechs don't drop the car enough out back.

Just bought the Eibach Sportline for the V6 Accord to be put on my CLS. I saw a pic of someone's CLS from Cali with the Eibach ProKit on it, looked level and SWEET. However, I don't want to lose the great ride I have now, so I choose the Sportlines (1.5 front, 1.5 back) instead of the ProKit (2.0,2.0). I like the Comptech springs, but I am lusting after a level drop that doesn't put me on the ground.

I'm just worried I won't have enough clearance...I dont want to be doing the "rice over speedbump" thingie that is a pain in the ass. Plus if I'm parking perpendicular to a curb and I go too far in I don't want to scrape my bumper.

Oh well...how much do the Eibachs cost?

the top of the line pro kits go for about 220$. They are the most expensive springs but they are sure worth it
