let me ask this one simple question...will springs for other cars fit our cl-S???i guess the tl/accordv-6 98+ will any else RL?or even toyota other brands???

i know the same comptech springs fit the cl, tl and v6 accord.

 

Sorry R type I never did answer your question.Bottom line is if the manufacturer of the spring says it fits a particular car then it is so, anything else is simply expensive guesswork.I know you only wish to lower your car a small amount with the H&R springs but untill they are prepared to say the springs fit your car wait or else you may spend money on something that may not work.Jens

hey jens thanks ....i think its pretty much a given unless there's a variable in fitment i dont know about my logic is if the eibachs made for accord fit tl/fit cl... and comptechs made for accord fit tl/fit cl ...then the H&R's made for tl the h&r say fit accord...must fit the cl and ive also noticed this reaction to the springs when applied to cl...the sportline for example are 2.0 even on accord but on cl go 2.2/1.8...comptechs same thing 1.25 when applied to cl 1.5 front 1.0 rear now the problem the h&Rs have built in rake .75/.50 if use the same logic i should get a 1.0 drop front .25 drop rear ?????big question mark there if that happens what might one do to get the rear springs beside add weight to drop .25to.50 inches heat or cut???and where is most the weight when i am in the car?towards rear i hope???
