btw, i got no front plate tix like a mofo the past 6 months...with my old and new cl...in sanfrancisco i just got on 4 days ago by DPT..fuckers.... if u wanna get lazy and pay it... the bill is $100....my second one..one on my black and one on my white one.... but of course i had them written off by a friend

my front plate is now on the side....i cant take the time to keep getting it signed off even tho its only 10 bux..my friends are getting pissed cuz i keep callin them..lol

I cruised down back from San Diego mobbing it 100 mph.

Get off at Daly City before I run out of gas and get a f*n ticket on John Daly Blvd. for going 5 mph over the limit!

Have to take care of that shit at their court house.

Everytime by my friend's house towards between Geary / Masonic and Geary / Park Presidio.

You better watch out because I think that is something that is going to be more routine and maybe for different neighborhoods that have a larger density of bars.

ill get some pix up once i get my white one cleaned up more... im in the process of getting the windows tinted..luckily this one isnt already tinted.... the black cl-s i had was previously tinted but was turning purple...so i had to remove it all ...total was about $350 bux to remove and retint....

anyone know a cheap place under 200 to get tinted for the cl's? theyre all about 200 around the bay area....



but yea..daly city is a b!tch... but the no front plate tickets are cheaper from dpt in daly city.... its 35 or 45..so i just paid it off online.... but if u get one from a cop, u cant pay it online...sux.... i get pulled over SO MUCH in sf and daly city its not even funny anymore....i guess its because my 8000k lights contrast with my super yellow roadlamps (yellow spray tint and yellow piaas)....then they give me the stupid excuse of me not having a front plate...

I got mine for 120 in san mateo. Best Image was the name, limited lifetime warranty, but I doubt they're going out of business anytime soon

I bought my CL with the backs tinted and now I want to switch it out to a new tint and color match the fronts.

I'm afraid that I will fuck up the back window defrosters.

 

wow 120?? how long ago was that? back 6 months ago it was 175 at this place i knew, but they jacked it up to 200 now.... im gonna go google best image..... if its still 120 im going there..hopefully i can get a deal if i get 2 cars done at the same time....

 

I always get skeptical on cheap tint jobs...but maybe that's just me.

Yea buddy, check out King Tint in san bruno. Ask for douglas. Number is 510-712-4307(cell). When I get some money i'm going there for tint. He quoted me 150 for 5 windows. Tell him Johnny at International Auto referred you. BTW i'm not Johnny but he's also a great shop for customizing . IF you go THERE, ask for Johnny 650-871-5453, tell him WAYNE sent ya. Thats ME .

Maybe we should start up a thread of places around the Bay Area that has done great work for us. So other members can reference it and don't have to look around yellowpages or yelp and whatever.

Just an idea to toss around. So people knows that these are trusted shops that do great work for great prices that doesn't empty our pockets you know?

i got mine done from trust auto in san bruno el camino... its nice but they jacked up the price and the guy who did mine left about 2 months ago.... so im looking for a close area around sf or dc for a good low price.... 150 is real good..... im going to call them tomorrow. thanks bro.

Warranty does wonders, but I've had no bubbling yet and it's been over a year. Like I said, they do a lot of business (I've seen lambos and vettes there) so I wouldn't worry about getting gipped imo

Franky IS the man. Known him for years and like the other guy said, he's always got high end cars in there. Also, if you look at the pictures he has in the waiting area, you ll see some of him and Jerry Rice and Barry Bonds. If he's done their cars, I don't think you have anything to worry about. The guy is no joke and he's cheap too.

He hooked up my Type S . Take a look if your not convinced its 20& all around.

Thanks. He owns Best Image in San Mateo. These pics were taken in somewhere along highway ? Honestly I don't even know. If you know where Alices Restaurant is, there's always a whole bunch of bikes out there. That's where I took them.

 

Ha ha...yeah I was just there with another member on Azine.

We posted that in the "Bay Area Meets" but nobody came out to join us.

We started at Alice's Restaurant to eat breakfast and then went down Skyline to hit up 5 wineries...hella fun!
