Spoon Calipers

I heard today that Spoon Calipers for the S2K will fit the CL-S and TL-S.. Can anybody verify that?

If they do, it is a great solution to braking, when you couple them with braided breaklies and some endless pads.

I haven't seen anyone on this board that has them....So for about $1500, you can have the calipers, pads and rotors... that's a pretty good deal.

Hmmm??

Maybe the Spoon's won't require an upgraded RIM set like the Brembo's do???

So let's see, um I think that makes the Brembo kit (if this is the case) at least 1500$ more??

Yeah, if you get the Brembo's, you are gonna have to get different rims. No way they will fit on the stocks!!!! Here is a link to some pics on an accord. I bumped up the thread too!!! I think getting the Spoon Calipers, some Endless or some EBC green stuff pads, and the KVR drilled rotors and you are set!!!!! If the Spoon Calipers are a direct replacement, then we are in serious business!!!!! No need for different rims!!!! I LIKE IT!!!! Plus the Spoon Blue would look GOOD on my ABP!!!!!!!

I have a friend installed it on his CL-S with s2k Caliper, no modification required....... bolt-on

but the package does cost more than Brembo Kit.....conside 2grand....... Brembo provide the pad and rotor, and line.

1600 for only 2 SPOON Calipers.

Stopping power is so much improved on my 6gen accord.

oh shit..I thought it was 800 for 2 calipers... Now you're saying it is 800 each?? Screw that... Brembo is a way better choice... They are THE NAME in brakes... Spoon, on the other hand... is overpriced..

2 G's USD

That's almost 1/2 the CT supercharger! I'd rather buy the SC and worry about the brakes afterwards.
