i was approached by someone after racing them, and well,putting it mildly ,i blew there doors off...multiple corn fields were between me and him...he says he's sponsered by sport compact,and is also a scout...he says 12,000 is almost a guarentee and gave me a web site to visit said to fill out the app and mention him . this guy had sort of a better with texas plates here in florida...my concern is this web site is a scam...could they try to get personal info for anything from identity theft to worse yet ...car theft...i have the sitte but dont want to publicly post it...wondering if anybody could investigate it for me to see if its legit...if it's tied to sportcompact?

It might be one of those sponsorships where you have to like put vinyls all over your car and end up paying cost for everything, etc, etc.

What kind of car did he have? Was it clean? Otherwise the guy is full of shit. People don't just hand out $12,000 to anyone with a fast car.

no you sign up then they make you pay 75 dollars for sponsorship

after this the sponsorship is just basically a list of parts that you can get at 10-20% below retails. nothing great, it actually scuks when you think about ti because anyone can get a better price then 10-20 off retail
