Spoiler (again)

Let me repost this. A few months ago, I was going to get a spoiler, but decided against at the last minute and bought a laptop instead. Now, I hav some more money together, and am again considering the spoiler. I find the $700 cost hard to swallow, however, and was curious if there are any cheaper replica spoilers other than Tim's, which I don't think looks much like the OEM model. Also, you don't think having the car upwards if two years before putting the spoiler on will cause any stark paint shade contrast to occur do you? Has it faded that much?

That looks awesome, just what I was looking for. Two questions, it matches the color well? And how is the company to deal with?

The color matches perfect. I did not have too much interaction with the company. I ordered it & I received it in about a week. I never had any problems with the spoiler, so I never needed to speak with them again.

If you can't see yourself spending the high price of a factory spoiler (like me), then this is what you want. Good luck.

The spoiler looks cool! So..who/how did you install it? Did you have to beef up the springs to your trunk?

I did the install myself. It's really easy (drill 2 holes on each side & mount). As far as the brake light, all you have to do is tap into your current brake light wiring. I have not beefed up the springs in the trunk, but it's recommended.

I have the spoiler, and I saw a CL without one yesterday, and I like the way it looks both ways.
