Splash Guard ques.
Splash Guard ques.
given the fact that the K&N filter is rather large and the hole in the splash guard is rather small, anyone know if there is a re-designed splashguard that allows more air to be sucked into the filter?? it bothers me that a filter this big has to suck up air from a hole so small.

Reminds me of an old girlfriend... could suck a golf ball through 50' of garden hose. Seriously, the surrounding area is anything but airtight. There are openings all around it.

If you are talking about a CAI then removing the road lamp would help a lot (airflow-wise). I took mine out.
