I've searched for quite a while and can't seem to find the answer to this question. What is the mounting depth of the front speakers? I have a set of Alpine Type X 6.5" comps I'd like to install; they are 2.75" deep, which is quite a bit. How thick of an MDF ring can I use and still have the door liner go back on without a problem. Also, I plan on sound deadening the doors so that will also take away a little room.

Mods, I could repost in the A/V section but this is a 2nd gen CL specific question.
