Which Spark Plugs for 6 speed?

I searched. Came up with the NGK ones, & the Denso ones. Which are correct for the 6 speed, & anyone have a part #?

That's what I've heard. Hence the confusion.

Aren't there a number of parts different for the 6-speed (vs. automatic)?

Spark Plugs for M/T
The spark plugs in the Type-S with M/T are not
platinum, but iridium (IZFR6K-11). Do not substitute
platinum plugs; use only the specified spark plugs.

Thanks Jens!

Are those the OEM ones?

What plugs are better if any? The Denso iridiums, or the NGK ones?

Yes they are OEM .I have no opinion on the plugs as to which is better .To be honest I have never seen any measurable difference in performance despite a number of subjective ones posted here in the past .The only time a plug change would be recommended in my eyes would be to accomodate a forced induction set in which case a colder plug is good .CT supplies plugs with it's blower .
