My reccommendations are as follows:
1) Buy some struts, stock ones will deteriorate.
2) Man-up and do the install yourself.
3) You don't necessarily need an alignment. I lowered mine and had the car checked and it was within specs.

honda dealer will charge you...I'm an acura tech. You should get an alignment just to make sure everything is OK and get ur toe adjusted properly....however your camber readings will be slight so u won't need a camber adjustment kit.

Anyways, i dont know anything about irish mikes, but i know that S3 Tuning went out of business a few months ago. Titan Motorsports is pretty good, but the shop i would recommend is Racing Zone Auto House, i always go there. Talk to Brian, tell him Eric with the CL sent ya. 407 273 0099. If you ever wanna hook up around town, lemme know.
