sold the baby

Well I sold my CL-S. It was time for her to go. With 85,000 miles on her, and 3 trannies later, I figured it was time to trade her in on something a little more practical and reliable.
I ended up getting a 2004 4runner instead, but I will have to say it was hard letting her go. It was by far the most fun car I have ever owned. It is just such a shame that the tranny kind of brought the whole experiance down a little. But I will still be participating since my love for the car is still there.

I managed to get right around 12,000 for her. But that was after quite a bit of arguing.
WEll I needed an SUV especially with getting a house soon and all. And right now the plan is for me to drive it till my wifes lease is up and then she take it and I can get another sports car.

Only 12 k...wow, I know that had to be like getting hit with a brick. Good luck with the 4 Runner, they are great SUV's. Good to know that you'll still be sticking around

12g? man you practically gave it away!! well, the new 4runner is a gorgeous truck, one of the top few suv's on my list. i'm sure it'll be problem free, after all it is a Toyota, and we all know Toyota is like the most reliable manu
