Welcome, and my first car was an 87 Lebaron Sedan with a bum cam seal so I'm officially a hater. J/K, good luck with the car and make friends with the search function on this site.

welcome, nice first car btw. You forgot to block out the plate in the second pic (actually makes no difference, parking your car in public is pretty much the same thing).
And the lip kit is on sale, as it shows on our site.

Molding the Tl kit is not cheap unless you can do it yourself. Otherwise a capable shop is going to rape you.
Doesn't get cleaner than this:

Welcome! Have fun modding this car. I had mine for almost three years before I started putting any work into it. Once you start, it never stops!
I'm partial between the TL and the RJ lip kit. I like both, all comes down to personal taste and what you wanna pay. If I could choose one i'd def like to get the RJ lip kit. lower it down a little more and just looks HAWT!

my first car was a FORD PROBE with a the manifold and block JDM and the HEADs were USDM... so it had problem after problem after problem
I called it the PROBELM
3 alternators, 3 sets of brakes, and 2 replacement MOTORS!!!!!!! which is a total of 3 in 5 years... OHH and a tranny
not to mention overheating issues and the WHOLE 9 yards...
I LOVE MY CL... LOVE IT.
It's like a frigging lambo compared to my last nightmare!!!
mind u the probe could do 2.0 easily in the 60ft so the g's in 1st were insane.
But there's no comparison, the CL is better in every way accept for WEIGHT :-(
but oh well. I like being able to log around a bunch a crap

with exception to the glass tranny on the auto, it's the best car for the money. IMO, the best interior of any car now or before from the seating position to the dashboard height to the comfortable seats and materials, even the way the centerconsole slopes down inot the armrest, all of it is so perfect. I sat in some new cars recenetly and the belt line is so high you can barely put your arm out the window. Telling you, the CL is a great car.

Welcome and congrats on your new ride! Just got my first ride but not as my first car! Be careful with the power
System sounds tight, just started installing mine, what a nice vehicle to run wiring in!
Damn that lip kit is nice, thats the route I'm planning on at some point, maybe after a new paint job.
Regarding the auto tranny, I went with a MT this time, but I know with the Accords from this year (I have an '02), the real problem was the internal filter would get clogged [never can flush the tranny on the accords!] and cause an overheating issue... If I was keeping it I was going to run an auxillary tranny cooler, maybe that is a smart upgrade on the CL? IDK, I'm sure someone with more CL experience can chime in about this.

Regarding the high belt line- thats due to federal regulations for side impacts. Less glass, more body = safer occupants. Its ugly and annoying, but the Feds are to blame for that as well as the huge front ends (pedestrian safety standards).

^Agreed 100%.
I had 35% tint, Injen CAI, and a 12" Alpine Type-R. That's all the car needed I thought

don't need 0 gauge wires, don't need a cap, and don't need 2800 watts into 2 type rs. though the 2800 is prob max power and not the way to work the math anyway.
congrats on the car and good luck!
