I just got mine and keep hearing how fast the car actually is. I just broke 600 miles on my car and i don't plan to punch it just yet but what are the stock 1/4 mile times of the car? Also, how much faster is a SC'd CL? I'm not talking from a dead stop, but i'm talking about say a 20 mph roll.

I guess what i'm wondering is 2 things in the end.

1. Is a SC'd CL faster than my old Soarer (14.03 @ 103mph)
2. I REALLY doubt this one but... can a SC'd CL be faster than my
old RX7 (340rwhp @ 2800lbs).

I'm just trying to gauge. None of my old cars can match the comfyness (or the fuel economy) of the CL

 

a SCed CLS is probably not faster than your RX7 but probably faster than your soarer. Is it a CLS6? If so then stock it is anywhere from a 14.2-14.6 @ about 97-98mph. Throw on a blower (TC is in the works or a SC which has more and more mods available for it) and you have a beast. Fastest CLS6 has run a 12.9 @110 I think putting down 350-370 fwhp. This was allmotor's first TC (he is working on a bigger one now). Fastest auto CLS with the CT SC ran a 13.6 @10x. My point is that there is speed to be had with a blower!
