So far, I'm saying I almost vapor locked.

I was driving for 2 days in rainy weather not even paying any attension to my CAI.
I haven't put the inner fenders on yet still.
And usally don't ride the cl in the rain because of that.

Anyway 2 days of driving and today I went to pull out of a parking lot and was getting a constant 1250rpm's and surging.
even made the the trans seam funny down shifting.
Then on the gas the motor was acting like it had burnt valve/valves.
So I get right home.
The car did the same thing in the drive way.
After stabing the gas a few times it seamed fine.

I went for another ride and was fine for about 3minutes.
Then was getting the same issue.
Restarted this time with check.
Then I thought about the CAI.
so I removed the CAI right from the Throttle body.
And there hasn't been a issue for another 10 minutes of riding.
I going out again in a few for another ride.

I think you meant hydro lock, vapor lock is something totally different.

When you said taking off the CAI from the TB did you mean you were driving without any kind of filtration? Not a very smart thing to do IMO.

sounds like a vacuum leak more than hydralock. If you hydrolocked, you'd know; you'd hear the bent rod hitting they cylinder wall with a nasty clunk.

...that being said... you may have some water in the engine. I'd check the CEL, see what you're throwing; then change the oil/filter/spark plugs... good place to start.

Your sensors didn't like the water soaked filter. So put the fender lining back in.....

The air filter was totally soggy not letting any air to pass, choking the motor.
The CAI pipe was wet inside atleast half way up so the motor was sucking in some.
Glad I wasn't try to spray durring this time.Motor probally went boom.
I did mean hydro loc.
