20% tint is pretty risky in Jersey, is it not?

20% is kinda risky on the side windows, but the back it doesnt matter, 5% is legal, which is what I would want to get done.

I used to have 5% all around on my Explorer in Jersey .. 3 tickets, 4 pullovers the acura now has 15% back window, 35% on all sides and only been pulled over for it once and he let me off.

Yea 20 % is taking a huge risk but the Car looks so good with it. Hoepfully not many 50$ tickets will add up.

I think it was like 200 plus tax for everything with lifetime warranty against bubbling\peeling.

I was curious as to whether or not other people got this...seems as though I posted this in another thread and nobody is answering...

Night Time Defogger Distortion

At night you may notice that the light from headlights will reflect off of the defogger lines. This is caused by the film having to bend slightly around the raised defogger line, it varies from car to car, and there is nothing that can be done about it.

i got this off of: http://www.tintdude.com/care.html

Does anybody else get this reflection?? Cuz I have it on mine and I can't stand it!!! I didn't have it on my previous car and I don't remember the distortion being there before I tinted it so I was just curious. Thanks for letting me know!!

I was told that on certain cars, esp. Honda's and Acura's, when you tint the rear windshield, the lights off the cars behind you will reflect off the defroster lines and you can't do anything about it. So I was wondering if anybody else has this at night?? Thanks

I got 20% all around, so far not tickets, knock on wood. Paid $130 and got a full warranty. Went to NY to get it done, don't remember the name of the place, but there were about 15 shops in a row that offer every sort of work thats possible on cars.
