I was on my way to my fiance house and i saw a wrx with two kids and it had tint exhaust,intake. so i kept on going straight and did not turn to my fiance house(got in trouble for being late). We pulled up to the first light and he reved and reved and reved and did not take off, next light i have a jeep in front of me and nothing in front of him. so he takes off big time I go around the jeep and caught up keep and he was up by a car and a half then i realized he floored it so i did and passed him like he was standing still. i beat him by about four cars. I thought it was going to be closer....my fiance brother did not believe me for shit that i beat a wrx.... but i did....

 

I just want to say that WRX's are over rated. A CL-S should have no problem beating even a mildly modded one. Take away their 'launching' and they are pretty slow. Friend of mine with a six speed CL-S with intake and headers can beat me easily even though I have more stuff done to my car. Just the way it is.

Try convincing the subaru owners of that... They are still saying that the STi is faster than EVEERYTHING!

 

I am a Subaru owner. I like my car and all, but I just think people give them too much credit. There are a ton of cars that can beat them. The STi's are fast, but they aren't invincible. There are some Subaru owners that think as I do. They know their car's limitations. Sorry to change the subject, by the way.

i raced one, but i didnt pull on him crazy, he got a 2 car lenth head start, i had an extra passenger, and i had to switchlanes in the middle of the race, so i dunno how it woulda been if we went even, buy maybe he was modded
