When I raise the windows to the top on either side, I get an audible "clunk" and the door trim visibly moves - Same but less noticeable when windows are lowered.... Both sides - 2003 CL-S 6M...

Dealer says it's normal....

Is it??

my passenger side makes a little clunk about halfway through when I raise or lower it...don't think it makes a noise at the top though.

 

mine does it too, just thought it was normal. i never asked about it. but i though it was odd

 

my driver side used to do a slight hesitation when I auto-down'd. I took it in 2x before they finally replaced the motor now it's fine

 

mine does, i think it just helps make it an ultra tight fit!

As ANT7701 noted it is normal (what's up dude ) .What you are hearing is the glass popping into the seal .It is admittedly a bit loud but better loud than a crappy seal .
