I have the Rotora and Axxis Ultimates with SS lines and ZERO problems in about 7k miles. Maybe a caliper is getting hung up? I don't remember hearing of ANYONE else warping the Rotoras (besides you).

Isn't there a proper break-in procedure for new brakes? I am going to have to get new rotors and pads in the front. I already had the rotors cut and pads replaced under warranty.

Are you making sure your wheel lug nuts are torqued only to 80 lbs. Last time I had my front tires replaced the asshats at Firestone torqued them to 999,999,999 lbs. I had to stand on the lug wrench to get them off.

Where to turn ?

My advice is try Power Slot Cryo Treated rotors. These are supposed to last much longer than traditional slotted rotors. Mine are still on order so I can't comment on how long they last.

Someone might have over torque your lugs and warped your rotors. You are only the second person I have heard of that warped Rotora rotors.

Man I have it horrible...Sometimes when I brake hard the whole care shakes like litterally enough where its hard to control it...and sometimes my steering wheel shakes were its moving left and right like crazyy almost full 45 degree angles...

But I'm still riding on the same rotors until I get my Cross Drilled ones Installed Sooner or Later...

Had the same problem after I got my car, it turned out that one of the rotors were cracked. Haven't had a problem since I had the brakes redone.

You guys gotta pick up the Powerslot rotors mated up with Axxis Ultimate pads (which dukmahsik has as well). My buddy (ysr72champ) had HORRIBLE warped OEM rotors and after picking up this combo, he's loving the feel and stability of this setup. For a decently inexpensive investment, this one pays off 10 fold per his feedback.

Currently, they are not available for the rear, but the majority of the issues are with the front. So if you're not really going for a full BBK, this seems like a pretty decent option and will save you a little cash as well.

Have you removed the dust shield behind the rotr? This will help to keep your rotors cool and help to prevent warping.

I'm sure the engineers put them there for some reason, but the only one I can think of is to warp the rotors. I do have a big brake kit, but was still getting warped rotors. After I took the shields off, now my rotors are fine.
