Although I am not a NASCAR fan, I do love nearly everything automotive. So I have the following opportunity available.

10/10
*Golf (early morning)
*Presentation about Avantis (early afternoon)
*Special guest presenter
*Dinner with Hendricks Motorsports

10/11
*Tour of Hendricks Motorsports shop (morning)
*Lunch at Invensys suite at Lowes Motor Speedway (afternoon).
*Pit passes (afternoon)
*Dinner at the Invensys suite
*Watch the UAW - GM Quality 500 Winston Cup Race (evening)

I don't want to leave her or the girls, but she said I should go. It isn't often you get this type of opportunity.

Steve, is her mom or any one else going to be staying w/her? Make arrangements and go! Make it up to her later.

edit:as the kids get older the 'duty cycle' [ ] increases. Right now you can leave them in their cribs and they'll still be there when you check on them. It's an ENTIRELY different ballgame when they start crawling and walking. Life will never be the same again so take off, aye!

Steve: My brother in law has always been a great father - He has 3 newborns and it is understandable that he takes a trip once a year to go to Nascar/Pocono....I would say, enjoy yourself!

Her parents live about two miles away and they would come stay with her for the night. They all are telling me to go, so I might just do it.
