Shipping wheels???

If you were going to ship some CL wheels (stock CLS wheels to be exact) with the tires mounted on them...what company would you use for this? I am not sure of the exact weight and all but I know UPS limits it's shipments to 150 lbs. Has anyone ever shipped wheels before?

couldn't you just ship them separately? I know they don't weigh 150lbs each.

I believe you could box them in pairs and still be under the weight limit.

I paid about 125 bucks to ship my four stock rims/tires from PA to Arizona via FedEX Ground.
That's with 1000 bucks insurance too.
That was three years ago though.

I packed them up like this:

I have shipped rims just like ShawnS. Also used fedex ground. I have used UPS too, but they tend to be picky on how they are packaged.
They are stock rims & tires? Expect to be about 50-55lbs each
