Shift boot adaptor

anyone know where i can buy one? its a plastic rring that screws into the metal rod of your shifter, so you can install a aftermarket knob without it looking old and busted.

i just took the silver piece off the top of the boot and zip tied the leather to the rod underneath and put my new knob on looks good too
