Shelby Durango?

As some of you may know im looking into buying a truck. This is not definately happening but its possible, so im lookin around. I test drove the escalade wed night and for 54 g's, i was not impressed at all. No HID's, No navi, cheesy dash.... just isn't worth it. So now im looking into a Shelby Durango. I can't find anything on the net about it. Anybody know how much they go for? Options? thanks in advance

I’m not positive, but wasn’t that a limited run of 2WD Durango’s about 2-3 years ago?
I remember the articles in the magazines.
It was BLUE with white stripes down the roof and had something like 360HP.

Are we talking about the same thing ???

Yes we are, do they make them anymore? I saw one about 6 months ago in front of a Dodge dealer not far from my house.

Thats an overpriced POS, Dodge dealers have a real hard time selling them (or they did, don't know if they are still produced).......this thing will have a worse resale value than a CL-S or Saleen Stang.

A $57k Durango, you can do better than that.

I just called the Dodge dealer and he said that they were only made in 99 and there are very few of them. The one i saw 6 months ago was sold for $36,000 and it had 22k miles on it. Damn, now im still in search of a truck.

The new Navigator comes out soon I think.

Looks much better and is improved in many ways.

Just FYI.

I just traded in my 00 Durango a couple of months ago for my TLS. Outside of a couple small problems it was a pretty good rig. If you're gonna get a Durango, just buy a new R/T and mod it up yourself. I think the Shelby is a waste of money.
