This has been my problem since May 2006:
Car shaking between 45-55 mph only during acceleration.
Repairs Done:
New Rims and Tires - Problem Still There
Alignments - Problem Still There
New Engine Mounts - Problem Still There
New Brake Pads and Rotors - Problem Still There
Today my car is getting new axles, so I'll let you guys know if it works or not. I've had multiple mechanics check the CV's and Ball Joints and they have all said that they are fine. So hopefully the axles fix the problem.

Let us know how this turns out. I have the same problem and have tried everything apart from the Motor-mounts. However, my shaking is while crusing also so that makes me thing an axle problem, bent control arm or something of that sort.

Snap!
MY car just started having this problem too! I just took my car in to get two motor mounts fixed
and its still here! argh! I also have new tires...
When I accelerate @ 60mph it gets bad...i have been going on canyon runs lately and that most likely accelerated my worn axels dammit!
Well thanks to everyone on here for posting up what youve found!
See noobs, searching works!!!

I just got my transmission replaced under that warrenty, along with that they told me my front and passenger side motor mount were TOAST. So i had them replace the mounts. The shaking still remains but not as bad as before. My car does have the Tien adjustable coilovers. So im wondering if it being low can cause the shaking problem.
