Why is the interior, especialy around the shifter, cup holder & radio so soft and cheap. If you drop keys or anything a bit hard it leaves marks............ and how do you or can you remove them marks.......

Try plastic scratch remover from a place like Tap plastics... or get the Aftermarker dash kit that is more resilient and forgiving to the common key drop
