Services and products
I am curious to see what sort other products and or services our clientele might be interested in seeing here at the dealer level. We are currently looking at possibly developing our own inhouse cold air kit for Acuras. What other sort of products or services do you think we should carry or offer?Granted we will not be doing body kits but we may start offering AEM products etc.Let us know we are listening.Jens
Glad to hear you may get into the CAI areana (I assume using the design from NJ). The thing I would most like to see is a consumers reports type of list for mods. You wouldn't make any money on it (except for those near you who would probably use you to order and/or install). This woud be Wheels -Brand -style -size -offset -weight
Tires -?
Springs -Brand -Style -effect
CAI -Brand -features
Shocks -Brand -features
other -etc.
All entries would also include purchace price from your shop (or other location if you don't handle it), and cost to install. As I said, you won't make much money off of it, and it would be a lot of work.

Oh lordy my bad.I recently imploded my computer with a deluge of Rum n Coke (don't ask
)so I was offline for some time waiting for Dell to send me a new laptop. The Z3 was never offered with HID lighting however there are several kits out there that could be used to convert these lights to HID.Mind you none of these kits are street legal so there is some risk involved. You can find these kits in the pages of magazines like Sport Compact Car and or Turbo and High Tech magazines. If a local speed shop has the parts you can do the modifications yourself as I did on my Suzuki GSXR.Usually it is fairly simple the biggest deal being the actual installation of the various electronic control devices which depending on the brand are somewhat bulky.Jens
