Unfortunately you can only get the white with tan interior. That is one of the main reasons why I probably won't get the white. I have tan interior now and I would prefer a black interior on my next car.

CGP + Ebony. That's what I went with and I'm happy so far with my choice. I only have a stock TSX, but I can post pics if interested.

I like the grey or the blue. I drove a TSX this week and it was not all that bad, but I don't know if I will be able to take such a drop in power. I had problems getting the TSX to accelerate from 60 mph. With the CL, if I'm doing 60 and need to get to 80 it's not a problem. The TSX was a bit lazy in that department.
Get the TL if you can.

Don't count yourself out on the '04TL vs. new TSX. The TL's a LOT more car and if you can get a pre-owned one for near the TSX price, you'll thank yourself in the long run.

My wife and I just traded our '00 TL for a '02 CL-S... We both wanted something a bit sportier (she's a good girl), but with a back seat large enough to accomidate our now 2 yr old & seat.. Much to our pleasant surprise, the auto forward seat actually does make it easier cuz you can literally climb inside directly infront of the car seat and/or car seat base.. We have an MDX for transporting numerous bodies & stuff...

Anyway... Congrats & go for the Carbon Grey..
