I never drive the CL (wife's car) but both seats the recliners (to move the top back and forth) dont work... any ideas?

I'll check the fuses over the weekend but is it just a coincidence both dont work and they worked fine before?

do you mean when you lift the lever the seats do not move forward or when you try to recline the seat, that part is not working?

 

i think he is talking about reclining the seat. search in the problem and fixes section. there is a thread about it. the gear are most likely jam

Yes the seats dont recline,when I lift the lever it works, and I can move the seat back and forth

i just *snapped* it a few times (using the lever, release it forward and push it back hard and quick) and eventually it started working. if you press the button, you should hear the motor work, then at least you know it has power
