Seat Heaters Don't Work. Fuse not blown?

Guys I don't know what's going on, but my seat heaters don't work at all, and the light on the indicator whether it is on high or low don't work either.

I checked the fuse in the box, and it is fine..

Anyone have any ideas?

I hope its nothign serious, because the dealer might blame it on the stereo and alarm installation..

Wire fell out somewhere possibly? That happened to my thermostat. I went over a bump and the heater quit on me. Lots of air, but it was cold. No frotn defroster or anything. The plug to the thermostst disconnected and the heater didn't know what temp it was... so it never blew hot air.
Or... you're just too cool for heated seats.

both don't work? did the installers of your stereo have to remove the stock radio when working on your system? they may have forgotten to plug them back in cuz i know you have to remove all the stuff in front of the radio to access the rear or back of the head unit. you can pop them/the heater switches out by slowly prying them with a small screw driver with electric tape wrapped around it. that's what i can think of right now. good luck!!!

Yup, do what IcyCL said. There is a big chance that the installer forgot to plug the harness back in. Good luck.

You can easily go into the area and check out this yourself. If indeed the switches are not [re]installed correctly, you can fix. Just remove the side panels and you will quickly see if the switches are connected properly. You are lucky that the switch lights are not lit otherwise you might really have a problem. Since they don't light up, good chance it might just be simply disconnected. Both sides don't work at all?

You can carefully pry the buttons out of the housing; they should pop right out. I did have some pictures of this but Fotki website is down right now.
