Seat Back Broken

I was cleaning my car, and the Seat Back on the Passanger Side is Basically falling off.

I remember seeing a TSB from Acura about that problem, was wondering if anyone had a copy of it.

Or what can I do to reattach it.

There is a rather elaborate way to fix this probhlem with the seatbacks if you follow the bulletin .It involves installing a special bracket drilling some holes balh blah blah. The fast and equally effective method is two new clips two small tie straps and you are good to go .Have the dealer fix it up for you why hassle over what is warranty .
