We generally like the product on this forum. However, I do NOT use the brake booster to suck up the SeaFoam.

It would be better to use a Vacuum line on the TB. Otherwise, you will only feed half of the cylinders.

Always good to clean things out every year or two.

Make sure to only use a small amount through the engine that way, not the entire can. Put the rest in the gas tank.

Honestly, I'm not sure it makes such a huge difference these days. While it use to, modern fuel has so many detergents in it that this aded bit isn't going to do a ton unless you had some type of other problems before running it through.

I like to run it through my fuel tank every 15k miles or so to know things are cleaned out. Increases mileage that tank like any octane booster.

I've used it on all of my previous cars. I never noticed much of a difference in MPG afterwards except on my buddies Chevy Express van. We did the complete Seafoam treatment - in the gas, oil, and vacuum line. His engine had well over 200k and it smoothed out the idle and just ran better all around. Plus it made a nice smoke show.
