Wish you would have bought mine, a 6th gen accord owner bought it instead and loves it.

I highly doubt barf screwed up the SC unless he broke the seal on the blower by putting on the blower bracket, maybe the bracket was left attached during uninstall, (that's the best way) even then, you can repair that yourself with a little patience. Not to much he can hurt, it is a solid unit.

Making money is your own business. If I could sell my car today for more than I bought it for....would I - sure!! Someone is getting ripped off obviously... and I DON'T have to tell the buyer how much I bought it for. It's the buyer's responsibility to educate himself/herself.

BINGO! I totally agree... it is not a minor purchase for alot of people.

but what Mrsteve was getting at is the gauges are incorrect gauges and he is misinforming fellow members...

I think he is doing the right thing by getting rid of it.. I am sure the price will drop because no one will pay that much.. but then again.. ya never know.

You are so full of shit your eyes are brown.

You told me you picked up those gauges at a huge discount, like $100 for both because you have friends at Cybernation or something along those lines. I don't remember the exact price but you definitely did not pay $350... I remember you saying $350 was MSRP. And if you did pay $350 why the hell couldn't you afford my boost and fuel pressure gauges (that are actually true high quality and read in psi not kb/cm3) for $200. When you purchased the kit you maxed out your credit card (which you refered to as your "life savings"). Now a month later you are such a baller... you post things like "$2,000 is nothing to me" blah blah blah. You are a conartist and a liar. I will be posting a "buyer beware" alert in your for sale thread.

I may not be the best seller on Acurazine... i'm very busy and it takes me a while to ship things out most often... but i'm 100% honest. You on the other hand are trash. I can't wait to see the day you finally leave this site; people like you bring this forum down to a level it never used to be and never should be.

I was cool with you the entire time our transaction was going on, completely honest and answered all of your questions throughly and promptly. You were so psyched to buy this kit. I think you sent me 3 PMs over the course of a day saying you were ready to pay me right then and there; now you do a half ass install and damage your motor (potentially) and you want to dump it ASAP for more than $600 more than you paid for it? And don't give me crap about the gauges or the spark plugs. You didn't pay for the spark plugs and you didn't pay for the fuel pump. If you find some sucker to spend $2700 on the kit and then another $75 on shipping then congrats to you... but I would hate to see a new member on this site purchase the kit, have 100s of problems with it and then get a bad vibe about Acurazine from the get-go.

I could be wrong, but I highly doubt you are competent enough to have installed this kit yourself or with the help of your friends. Which leads me to believe that it is highly possible something was damaged during the install... otherwise why would you get out of the kit before the install is even finished. Your posts like "what do injectors need to be gapped at" or your IM conversations with me (God I wish I had and AIM log on my work computer). You had no clue what I was talking about when I told you to prime the fuel pump a few times before starting the car :
Mr Steveo 217 (2:09:43 PM): prime that fuel pump a few times before starting the car
Hurl n' shit 24 (2:10:08 PM): what do you mean 'prime'
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:21 PM): turn the key to on
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:24 PM): you'll hear the pump
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:26 PM): then turn off
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:28 PM): turn on
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:29 PM): turn off
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:31 PM): turn on
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:33 PM): turn off
Mr Steveo 217 (2:10:34 PM): start car
Hurley n' shit 24 (2:10:38 PM): oh gotcha
You installed pulleys and belts incorrectly... the story goes on and on.

Listen if you wanna sell the kit...what the hell do I care... I already have your "life savings" you used to pay for it. But full disclosure is a must. I don't want to have a n00b coming at me saying "Hurley Shit told me you sold this to him broken, etc."

You even lied to Paypal during our transaction you little twerp. You put a hold on my account stating that I never contacted you after recieving your money:

To whom it may concern, I contacted Stephen approximately 3 and half weeks ago in regards to his supercharger for an Acura TL Type S. I was then told it would be off in one to two days after I was to purchase it. I purchased it that day, April 6, 2005. After waiting for several days with no response I finally got a hold of him and he assured me it would "only be a few more days" and "the mechanic working on his car had person problems and could not uninstall the comptech supercharger kit from his car". It is now April 28, 2005, and I have attempted to contact him via e-mail, and online forums, as well as aim. No contact or attempt at contact has been made to respond to any of my measure of contacts. This is uancceptable and I feel he will not send the item I purchased for 2275 dollars. Please respond to me and let me know whats going on. Thanks, Jordan Egert
Yet I have an AIM log (which I won't post because I do not want to give out your AIM screen name) that states 5 conversations between us from the day following the purchase up until the day it shipped. Not to mention the conversations during the day while i'm at work on my computer there (about every other day) and PMs sent back and forth between us. Additionally you called the service manager at Tischer Acura to see if my car truely was there. It was and he explained the circumstances. Oh but I believe you told me you happened to drive up here, had an EGR problem. took it there, and asked them in person. He didn't recall that event. And I told you to have them just install the SC while your car was there... yet you said you didn't have the money to spend.

You are a pathological liar and now you are trying to rip off another Acurazine member because you fucked up? Not gonna fly around here.

steve go ahead. are you jealous because i paid off my credit cards or something? your right im a conartist for selling a supercharger for what i bought it for .. plus the cost of the gauges .. and the new spark plugs I JUST BOUGHT TODAY. Oh and why I didnt buy your gauges? Hmm ... because 1. when i said id go and buy them you said "oh its to late im using them on my new car" 2. they are autometer

I can provide every receipt for everything. And i didnt know greddy made shit gauges. You have autometer steve, thats saying something. But apprently because they are read in metric measurements, instead of US measurements they are shit. Thats right .. rolleyes. I guess every single country that doesnt use US Standard measurements makes shit products.

And there is not way the sc could have been damaged. Unless i dropped it or ran over it or something I dont see how anything could be damaged, nor does the Acura dealership I just called.

And you trying to shit on my threads .. ouch my pride. Go nuts. Why do you think Im selling all of my parts now .. obviouslly because Im returning my car to stock.

From what your saying my brand new headers are shit because I didnt feel like installing them on my car. Or my greddy evo exhaust is shit because I own it.

Get your head out of your ass steve

If somethings broke steve, i have no problem with telling them. Your just trying to make me look like a piece of shit that cant handle his own affairs.

You really think I wouldnt tell someone the circumstances of why Im selling the kit after have a 4 page repour (spelling?) about the problems I had when installing the kit? How stupid do you think I am, first off its not hard for a member to find this thread, second I dont need to lie to someone to sell it .. if i sell it ill let them know whats up, third im going to have to tell someone anyways because now your going to shit on my threads regardless

No they are shit because they only read up to 6.0 kg/cm2. Which factors out to be around 85psi. A gauge that reads to 100psi is recommended based on the fuel pressure generated with the Comptech FPR.

Oh and btw steve ... please tell me where i instaleed the pulleys wrong. How the fuck do you do that .... no really im waiting here for you tell me.

Did I have trouble getting the belt back on ? Yes. Did I get it on after my freind loosened the tensioner more .. yes.

So where the problem. How the fuck do youput the pulleys on wrong ? I want to know this .. because the way the pulleys are once you install the altenator back on, the two pulleys the alternator belt goes around arent touched and are still there.

And once the shaft for the supercharger is installed it sits there and has the supercharger belt running around the pulley to the altenator. So please tell me again how I didnt isntall the pulleys right .. should make for an interesting story

whos lieing now steve

but my gauges are worthless ... not worth shit ... i guess the read out for the boost gauges in metric aka bars is pointless

the gauge still functions properly just does not have a # for where the 100psi marker should be allthough you can tell because the needle still falls there, just no number

You IM'ed me and said you didn't install the pulley correctly so you were buying a longer belt to make it fit. I didn't pay that close of attention to your constant ramblings. I'm sure the kit is just fine

I got my point across... i'm done, good luck.

pull the conversation then. i said i was going to buy a longer belt (approximately one inch) so i didnt have to reinstall the altenator

But we just loosened the tensioner more and slid the stock belt right on to the high boost pulley. I dont understand how i installed the pulley incorrectly

You were going to buy a one inch longer belt thinking it was going to work? Just to prevent yourself from reinstalling the alternator correctly????? omg.... good way to save a few minutes...

Your argument of gauges with US vs. metric measurement is worthless too.

I recall using some shorter than stock pedestal mount bolts for the mounting of the fan to the shroud. It was over a year ago, but I'm pretty sure you have to use different hardware.

Hurley - Your excuse for not wanting to install the SC because you want a relaible daily driver is . There are so many members here that are enjoying their "Reliable" SC'ed cars because they were installed correctly. I've got 9K miles on mine and I've done zip since the install.

You may be on the up and up on this deal but the way you present yourself, you raise a lot of questions about your credibility. MrSteve has a lot of credibility on these forums and can be documented through various threads. Just a word of advice, consider what you post. People around here don't put up with

As Smitty mentioned earlier in another reference - "advise is always best if followed".

No... but it put down about what a J32A2 should based on his mods. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very inconclusive. I think it was between 220-230whp.
