This guy had nothing on me my friend was chilling and he histerically said we "should race" I was like aite its going down. So we started to merge onto the highway and he just started WOT on me without even lineing up he jump about 3-4 cars ahead of me. I was like ok so I hit catching up slowly on him slowly that 4 went to 3-2-1 and then he let go knowing I was going to leave him in the dirt VSA was off and windows was up so I was ready to go again. Sadly he took the next exit and dipped. Score 1 for the CLs he was not stock dropped and intake probably pretty loud.

I have driven both the SC 300 & 400 and neither come close to a Cls acceleration wise. They sure are sharp looking cars though...

Yea I know but the point where I was getting at was that he had about a 3-4 cars length ahead and then I still caught up easily but thanks for the comments and props.
