SBP + stock diam. UR CP or HBP + UR SS cp

SBP + stock diam. UR CP or HBP + UR SS cp
So as of right now, I have the UR SS pulley set, question is shouold I leave this on and go with the HBP knowing that I am underdriving the SC or should I go with the standard 3.0" pulley and switch to the UR stock diameter crank pulley?
